At NÜ Denmark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
